Simplified general booking conditions
RESERVATION:
Reservations only become firm and final upon receipt of the rental contract duly completed, signed and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay. Upon receipt of your reservation and your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your stay.
DELAYED ARRIVAL - EARLY DEPARTURE:
In the event of a delayed arrival or early departure, we kindly ask you to let us know.
In relation to the dates mentioned on your reservation, 50% of the current rate will be charged, per day reserved and not consumed.
Without information from you, the manager will be able to dispose of the location.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY:
Our prices do not include cancellation insurance, so we advise you to contact your insurer or the FFCC cancellation insurance. In all cases, the sums paid will remain acquired by the manager.

INSURANCE:
On arrival at the campsite, it is the campers' responsibility to present a valid insurance. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage
INTERNAL RULES:
For your safety and peace of mind, all campers are required, under pain of exclusion and without being able to claim any reimbursement, to comply with the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations.
RESERVATION:
To book your stay at the Ecrins campsite, you must send us the reservation contract and a deposit of 30%.
